– AEW Summer Blockbuster kicked off with “Hangman” Adam Page & Christopher Daniels. Daniels warned Page that he can’t go against The Death Riders alone and needs back up.

– Swerve Strickland vs. Will Ospreay ended in a 30-minute time limit draw

Young Bucks attacked Strickland & Ospreay after the match. They handcuffed Swerve to the ropes and covered their shoes with thumbtacks. They went for a loaded Double Superkick on Swerve, but Ospreay got in front of Swerve and took the bullet for him.

– Mistico def. Blake Christian

MJF vs. Mistico will take place at AEW Grand Slam: Mexico.

– The Hurt Syndicate def. “Speedball” Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight, & Mascara Dorada

After the match, MJF continued to beat down Dorada and unmasked him.

– The Death Riders tie up Hangman Page and beat him down. They wrapped a Steel Chair around Page’s head and Claudio Castagnoli was about to stomp on it, but The Opps made the save. Page grabbed a mic and said that he has come too far for this to be the end, and vowed to take out a Death Rider tonight.

– Don Callis confronted Kazuchika Okada backstage and claimed that Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita should be in Okada’s position and one of them should be facing Kenny Omega at All In: Texas for the AEW Continental Title & AEW International Title. Okada grabbed Don and threatened to hurt him, but Fletcher, Konosuke and Lance Archer intervened.

– Tay Melo & Anna Jay def. Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford

– Tony Schiavone introduced the new AEW Unified Championship that will be determined between Kenny Omega and Kazuchika Okada at All In: Texas.

– Kazuchika Okada and Don Callis joined forces against Kenny Omega and laid him out after striking him with a steel baton. Omega was placed on a stretcher, but Okada doesn’t care and hit Omega with an elbow drop.

– Kyle Fletcher def. Anthony Bowens

– Adam Cole, Brody King, Bandido, Templario, Atlantis Sr. and Atlantis Jr. get into a brawl with FTR & The Don Callis Family, which ended with the babyfaces standing tall.

– The Workhorsemen made their return and challenged Big Bill & Bryan Keith to a match.

– AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm def. Julia Hart

After the match, TBS Women’s Champion Mercedes Mone laid out Toni and stood tall with the AEW Women’s Title.

– Mark Briscoe, Tomohiro Ishii and Willow Nightingale def. MxM Collection & Taya Valkyria

– Wheeler Yuta met Kris Statlander backstage. Yuta said since they left Best Friends, he made tough choices to get to where he is today, and offered to help Kris whenever she wants to talk.

– ROH World Champion Bandido def. The Beast Mortos

– Young Bucks met Hangman Page. They said that they have kept their part of the plan for Page, and all he needs to do is to defeat Jon Moxley at All In: Texas and bring the AEW World Title back to The Elite. Page claimed there is no plan and told them to stay away from him, Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland.

– Thekla def. Queen Aminata

– Blake Christian & Lee Johnson met Ricochet backstage and offered to join him in his crew. Ricochet declined and claimed that they are good in the ring, but there is something that the two of them are missing to take them to the next level.
